We’re now looking for a full-time chef to join our team — someone who shares our values, has a genuine love for food, and is excited by the opportunity to shape and grow what we offer.
The Role
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced kitchen, working closely with management and team members to deliver high-quality food and thoughtful, seasonal menus. You'll also play an important role in planning, growing and executing our private functions and community events.We’re after someone who values autonomy, takes pride in their work, and enjoys the energy that comes with a busy, well-run kitchen.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in a café or restaurant kitchen, ideally in a leadership role
The ability to stay calm and organised during peak service
A creative approach to food and menu development
A strong eye for presentation, consistency and detail
Experience with ordering, stock control and supplier relationships
Clear and respectful communication across all areas of the business
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekends and evenings
Full Australian working rights
Trade qualifications are preferred but not essential

We’re looking for an Evening Supervisor to help lead our nights — someone with strong floor experience, a calm presence under pressure, and a love for creating memorable evenings of food, drinks and good company.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for overseeing the smooth running of our evening services. You’ll work closely with the team to keep service flowing, manage the floor with confidence, and ensure every guest feels looked after. From supporting staff to solving problems on the fly, you’ll be the steady hand that helps everything come together.Cocktail experience is ideal (but not essential) — what matters most is your ability to set the tone, keep things organised, and lead by example.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience on the floor in a busy café, bar or restaurant
Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a focus on calm, clear communication
A natural ability to connect with guests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
Preferably experience in working at events
Confidence with service systems, managing staff and delegating tasks
Cocktail knowledge/experience a big plus, with a willingness to learn more if needed
Flexibility to work Friday & Saturday evenings

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and creative Cocktail Artisan to join our team — someone who’s excited by seasonal ingredients, thoughtful flavour combinations, and the joy of shared experiences.
The Role
This is a hands-on role behind the bar, where you’ll craft cocktails with care, bring your creative flair to our evolving drinks menu, and help shape the way we serve and celebrate. Working closely with our events and kitchen team, you’ll play a key part in our private functions, community gatherings and weekend services.We’re after someone who’s energised by service, calm under pressure, and values genuine hospitality just as much as beautiful drinks.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a cocktail or bar setting, ideally in a creative or leadership capacity
A passion for seasonal ingredients, handcrafted syrups, infusions and flavour pairings
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, plus a desire to push boundaries
A genuine care for presentation, consistency and guest experience
Clear, respectful communication with team members and guests alike
Available to work Friday & Saturday evenings

We’re looking for a Café All-Rounder to join our passionate team — someone who values good service, loves the rhythm of café life, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

This is a front-of-house role with plenty of variety — taking orders, making coffees, running food, helping with prep and keeping the space flowing smoothly.We’re after someone who’s friendly, fast on their feet, and able to jump in wherever needed with a good attitude and a steady hand.

A team player who’s happy to switch between roles as needed
Coffee-making skills are a bonus (but we’re happy to train the right person)
